Colour does not match description

I ordered two mats for the first time from your business which arrived very quickly. I was very happy with the outdoor mat. The indoor mat had a fault along one edge. I took photos and immediately sent an email raising this. After not hearing back for a week, I sent a second email on 23 July. There has been no acknowledgement/response to both of my contacts which is incredibly disappointing.
