Doormat

This mat doesn't remove even the smallest amount of dirt off your feet/shoe. This is a purely ornamental mat. It doesn't do at all what it says it does. The only positive would be the opportunity to exchange or refund considering how expensive it was

I was very disappointed after receiving the door matt it was constantly loosing coir fibres and was making a mess. I made at least five phone calls and sent two emails hoping to get a refund but there was no response at all. I would urge people not to buy from this company as they will not honour there so called return policy.

Not correct size and no one responded to my emails

Initially service and shipping great but then there was an issue with the mat. Followed their recommendations, however the mat did not improve. When I tried to connect them a second time, they ignored me and didn’t correspond. Very disappointing!
