I love this pillow. I’m 5 foot, side sleeper, so got the smaller pillow. Never going back to a “fluffy” pillow! After 5 different pillows, this one’s the winner. Stays in place when I move around, no need to re-fluff, keeps my neck straight so I breathe better. I snore less and rest better. If I was a taller/bigger person I would recommend the thicker pillow, but the smaller one worked for me. I love my helix pillow and bed!
