Unfortunately the exchanged mattress is not able to be picked up do to our location. So now we have to find a donor for the mattress. A little inconvenient but we are working it out. Overall I am very pleased with the Helix team. Thank you

Perfect arrived on time and easy to set up the new bed. Had a little bit of a new smell but it went away pretty quickly

No complaints and I hope the mattress provides at least a decade of comfort.
