The stool that I purchased arrived broken, scratched, and wrong color. It was a waste of time to order, wait, follow up, pick up at the store, return to the store, several messages to follow up on return and refund. Just a horrible experience all around.

Ordered 2 items from here and the most valuable piece conveniently was lost in transit. Here I am 2 weeks AFTER the scheduled delivery date still chasing down this terrible customer service for answers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I would have.

It is absolutely ridiculous that there’s a flat $599 “white glove” delivery fee, regardless of what you purchase. What’s the point of having a sale or advertising to non-California residents if the price of delivery is greater than the item itself? Beyond disappointing.
