Horrible customer service

I ordered white glove delivery. The products arrived in boxes with the delivery company refusing to assemble the products. They took the products back to the warehouse. I had to contact he buttercup 20 times, it took 3 weeks and ultimately I had to get in contact with the shippers myself to get my products, which still arrived in assembled. Customer service was completely unhelpful and impossible to contact

Product and customer support were hugely disappointing

Ordered floor lamps — unfortunately the lamp would not stay upright but tilt a good 30 degrees or so. Called customer service for return and refund. The rep, Daysha, promised to send me the return label but instead sent a generic email on the return process. For a good 2 weeks I tried calling back and sending emails with no avail. I finally asked for the manager email and contacted Heather. She was fantastic. She took care of return and refund promptly. Maybe the company needs to invest for Heather to build a better customer support team? I will never shop at HD Buttercup again.

Absolutely pathetic

Received two broken lamps. They wouldn’t refund. One lamp is still circling around the planet with FedEx. I ended up having to dispute on my credit card. Customer service is abysmal.

failed at assembly

Ordering our piece was a dream, staff was so helpful, friendly, order turned around in record time! Upon delivery date it was dropped off in the box and left. we paid for white glove with assembly, it was not assembled, and there were no assembly instructions. We then went through a 4 week continued struggle to reach, get a call back, connect with our rep. A exec from our side had to step in to get it settled and the company intended on charging us for this additional visit. In the end it was an absolute nightmare and the piece carries the weight of the experience.

Allot of miscommunication

Difficult to get a hold of to understand where your shipment is. People don’t call Back or respond days later Even after receiving tracking number , I had to chase the delivery company directly myself to get a delivery date Product still came it slightly damaged
