White Glove Delivery should not be offered
I placed an order around the same time frame for office furniture in GA and NJ. I had a horrible experience with both and will not be ordering from HD Buttercup again. Both orders took almost 2 months to be fulfilled and when I realized this, I was not able to cancel the order because it was final sale. For GA the white glove delivery team left the items we ordered and left without assembling them. I had to wait over a week to hear back from HD Buttercup (department to department communication is terrible) and finally just asked for a refund so we could find another company to assemble the furniture. For NJ we just never heard from the delivery company and it turns out that they were given the incorrect phone number. Again, I had to take action myself and find this out from the delivery team who had no idea what to do with the shipment. I also was told that they would not be assembling the items. I had to relay that message and again ask for a refund on the so called 'white glove delivery'. Did we get the shipments? Yes. Was it a complete waste of time when we could have just ordered from Amazon? Yes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME.
