Never received part of the order and chair came broken.

The desk didn't show up with hardware.

My furniture did not arrive when scheduled. No body at the shipping co could find it and this was after 4 hours of waiting during our confirmed window. After furniture was located it arrived days later damaged. Again, no customer service. No real person. No response on phone or by email. Nightstands arrived chipped with drawers that don’t close. The legs on the bed were damaged and a break in the material.

I placed an order around the same time frame for office furniture in GA and NJ. I had a horrible experience with both and will not be ordering from HD Buttercup again. Both orders took almost 2 months to be fulfilled and when I realized this, I was not able to cancel the order because it was final sale. For GA the white glove delivery team left the items we ordered and left without assembling them. I had to wait over a week to hear back from HD Buttercup (department to department communication is terrible) and finally just asked for a refund so we could find another company to assemble the furniture. For NJ we just never heard from the delivery company and it turns out that they were given the incorrect phone number. Again, I had to take action myself and find this out from the delivery team who had no idea what to do with the shipment. I also was told that they would not be assembling the items. I had to relay that message and again ask for a refund on the so called 'white glove delivery'. Did we get the shipments? Yes. Was it a complete waste of time when we could have just ordered from Amazon? Yes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME.

Order took 3 weeks to arrive ($300. shipping charge). When it finally did, it was not what I ordered. as told by customer service it could be returned. I have been trying to return it for a month now. Keep getting responses thanking me for my patience and telling me item will be picked up and money will be refunded. Still waiting. I want my money back. Terrible customer service
