Customer service was nonexistent. I emailed countless times and NEVER received a response from HD Buttercup--not one! I even filed a complaint with PayPal. Needless to say, I'm done with Buttercup! Too bad One Star is the lowest rating... They suck!

Was told it would be 7-10 business days for delivery. On day 8 I contacted HD and they let me know the shipper will be in contact soon and gave me a correspondence number for the shipper. I contacted the shipper personally and he was very confused at the timeline I was promised. This poor guy drove all the way from the Bay Area to deep riverside county and delivered it at 7am. Hats off to the driver but the Hd itself it’s unfortunate that you set the driver up for failure.
