Gypsum Table and Delivery Scam

It was just horrible all around. The tables were not as advertised. Everyone I spoke to fought me throughout, claiming it was personal preference or standard variation in the marble. It wasn’t. They really didn’t look and feel the same as the picture online…I’ve bought a lot of marble pieces and there’s just no comparison. The delivery service was horrendous…they were combative, marked up our floors, left dozens of screws by the front door that cut my daughter’s feet and when we refused they order at delivery … they told us to call you … and when we were on the phone they fled the scene. They did that so they could charge us to come back for the return. I’m almost never complain about service but somebody has to be accountable here. Just a total disappointment…

Horrible customer service - can't rate item, haven't gotten it

So far, I would say zero stars if I could. Our estimated delivery date came and went. We inquired several times to find out what was going on with no response. We finally got an email just saying it will be late and an extended amount of time. It's already been almost 2 months. Still waiting to hear when we might receive our coffee table. Horrible.

Terrible.

Terrible. This company refuses to give me any portion of the white glove delivery fee for an item that never even crossed the threshold of my building. And no one will return my calls.

It appears that a deceptive tactic is at play, creating confusion and faking a 'no return' policy. Adding to the ordeal, attempts to contact the delivery service proved futile, with an apparent lack of accessibility. This double setback has not only magnified the initial dissatisfaction but also raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to customer service. In summary, my financial loss on a non existent couch, coupled with the inability to facilitate a return, is exacerbated by the company's apparent feigned lack of understanding. Merry Christmas ....

Poor quality, awful shipping

Had to pay $600 for “white glove shipping” only to wait over a month for item to arrive (after first confirming with company that it was in stock and should be to me within 1-2 weeks). Quality much lower than expected, finish was very orange and stools were warped and uneven. Not what I expected for the price. Would not recommend.
