Damaged product

I received my desk with damage to it which I noted in the delivery receipt. I’ve reached out three times with not even a response! Exceptionally poor customer service. Would not order again from a company that doesn’t stand behind their products!

Unreliable if arrives damaged. Support Unresponsive.

The TV Console we ordered was delivered damaged. Both myself and my the delivery team made note of it and took pictures. I reached our to HDButtercup Support with pictures 2 weeks and they have still yet to respond. We shall see.

1sr table came with a

1sr table came with a huge vein. Then we processed an exchange and the next one came with smears all over and it was worse. I had to pay discounted shipping for that and it was a worse. So we kept the one with the huge vein. So we aren’t happy with it. Then we paid a lot for the table and it’s not sealed by HD. Stains everywhere. No guidance or products from HD to help with that. Last time I’ll shop here, I’ll stick to RH.

Horrid furniture and worse customer service

awful console table. Looked nothing like the online photo and had chips on the legs, rendering it even more defective, and the delivery men had took chunks off my doorways as they were brining it in. After the damage done and seeing how awful it looked, I refused acceptance of delivery to have it returned and receive my refund for such a subpar item and delivery experiences HD Buttercup customer service made me pay a 10% restocking fee + $500 delivery fee. Hands down, the most dreaded furniture purchasing experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve purchased a LOT of furniture over multiple homes. I would never recommend this horrid business and experience to anyone.
