Entertainment unit was not properly assembled. 4 doors dud not align or close properly. Very disappointing in white glove service.

Bought a sofa, bed and bookcase - they brought the wrong bookcase to then came out with the wrong bookcase again (after I drove two hours to meet them) then I had to follow up multiple times for the bookcase to be refunded. The sofa and bed are good quality and design but disappointing overall

Placed a small order and was shocked by the high shipping cost. Despite the item being in stock, it took over 3 weeks to ship! When I reached out to customer service, they said they would look into it and never got back to me. Overall not the best experience!

I ordered a dinning table from HD buttercup. I accidentally put for pick and immediately called their customer service number to change it to delivery. They got back to weeks later with a response asking how they can help me. I told them the situation and again said they will get back to me. I figured out how to pick up the table from the warehouse which wasn’t easy and costumer service got back to me 2 weeks later and said looks like the order was picked up. Very slow and unhelpful responses and will never order from them again.

Several attempts and 2 conversations acknowledged a change in my order that ultimately never got handled. They wanted to charge an additional $600 shipping on a $700 item due to their error. Bottom line, I didn’t pay it but I also didn’t get what I wanted or ordered. The items I did receive were nice.
