Easy purchasing, silent shipping, asked me to review my purchase two years after the fact?

Annoying. Already submitted a thoughtful review.

Exact same issues as when I ordered over 2-3 years ago. Despite no warning of a low stock / long processing times payment took well over a month to be processed and was never initiated until I was forced to investigate. Also, even taking into account the standard color deviation between monitors photos are not color accurate and packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Greens are pretty close but lighter colors are either very carefully lit or actively color corrected to appear more harmonious and appealing than they look IRL. Tiny crates were tossed in a huge box with 2 stips of cardboard where they proceeded to crash around in transit; arrived very scratched. Disappointed but not surprised nothing has improved.

Shipment came from DWR. I was surprised

No return on the trays "because it was stated not to get them wet," annoying, as such warning should be more pronounced, I missed it completely. Appreciated being able to return the coatrack without having to pay for return shipping.
