Shipping was good. A discount was offered after I purchased these crates and wheels, the customer service rep was able to apply it which is nice, but it took me a few emails and reminders to get it back on my card. Meh.

Eh ok i guess. It was my first purchase, but the product does not make me want to buy anything else from here...

Waited a while for this clock

This is quite a bit darker than pictured on the website. It's more like the color of cherry wood or teak, rather than hay (no pun intended). I would recommend getting a sample first, since they do not accept returns. PS. This is the second time I have purchased something from HAY and discovered the color is off. (I am an art historian, so have a good sense of color).

Exact same issues as when I ordered over 2-3 years ago. Despite no warning of a low stock / long processing times payment took well over a month to be processed and was never initiated until I was forced to investigate. Also, even taking into account the standard color deviation between monitors photos are not color accurate and packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Greens are pretty close but lighter colors are either very carefully lit or actively color corrected to appear more harmonious and appealing than they look IRL. Tiny crates were tossed in a huge box with 2 stips of cardboard where they proceeded to crash around in transit; arrived very scratched. Disappointed but not surprised nothing has improved.
