Service and delivery were good. I am in the process of trying to return the table and have been frustrated that I have not been able speak directly in the phone with a salesperson from Hay.

shipping is always a mess, long delivery times and items multiple shipments.

Very disappointed with product. Shipping was very delayed but to be fair it was at the beginning of Covid which may have affected timelines.

Poor customer service. Major delivery delay and items aren't handled as carefully as they should. One item I purchased had its original packaging damaged (I care because it was supposed to be a gift). The candle holder my boyfriend bought was delivered broken in pieces and he couldn't get a hold of a customer service agent in less than 40 min.

Waiting over a month for my purchase to arrive. Not what was promised as far as the “expected delivery date” after submitting my order.
