Great products, solid furniture. The freight shipping service that was used seemed a little unconcerned about the fragility of some of the pieces, but neighbor customer service was quick, generous, and fast to replace or remedy minimal damage that had occurred during shipping. Some of the directions for putting together the more complicated pieces (like the low chair) could have been a little clearer, but the ultimate product was perfection for our deck.

Excellent service, excellent product. Appreciated receiving the covers first, and the seating arrived within a month. Allie was very helpful when we were choosing our pieces. Assembly was super easy and fast. And the covers are excellent quality, very easy to slip on and remove, and thanks to the vents and straps for the legs, don't blow away in high winds!
