Great service!

I was worried by the expected shipment date, I think it was 6-8 weeks but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived at 4 weeks. I have had no need to contact the company so I cannot speak to the customer service. Overall though, I have had no problems with the the team at Neighbor.

The customer service I got was amazing. We had some snafus with shipping and each time I had to reach out about packages missing the customer service team was quick to respond and make things right. I really appreciate that.

As previously described, Neighbor's customer service is fantastic: responsive, attentive, and quickly coming up with appreciated solutions!
