We love our 4-piece outdoor sectional in Ashe. It feels sturdy, is comfortable, and looks nice! The only issue was with the shipping -- it ships via FedEx, which is great except the shipping date is just an ETA and can change unexpectedly. We were out of town the weekend ours arrived, which we didn't think would be an issue since the ETA was for the following Tuesday, but we found out Saturday that it was arriving on Sunday..... FedEx just dumped it outside our front door (on an NYC sidewalk), and we had to cut our trip short to get home to rescue it before it was stolen. With a delivery that large and of an item this expensive, a scheduled delivery (like West Elm and other vendors do for large furniture) would be much better. But Customer Service was great every time we contacted them. We also love the custom cover and are so glad we got it, as it fits perfectly and is so easy to get back on.
