Company really wants you, the customer to be happy. They were one step ahead of me. A Halloween product didn't work and after submitting my review, they immediately sent me a new one. It came in in less than five days. I will definitely use this company again.

Great product design and functionality.

I am very pleased with the product, looks exactly like the photo on line. What I am most impressed by is the service. I had ordered, what appears to be the exact same product, from another provider and it was listed as "a quick ship item". Upon placing the order I was notified it would be 4-6 weeks before it shipped. Oh well, I waited until the 5th week to check on my order and after being passed to several sources to answer my question over several days, I was finally notified that my product was no longer in stock and might be available in October if at all. I wonder when they would have told me this if I hadn't started checking on it. I found the Hanover site, and like I said what appears to be the exact same product, and it was "on sale". I placed my order on a Monday and it was on my patio by Friday. I am very pleased and highly recommend the Hanover company.

I really liked the option that I was notified by email when the item I was looking for was in stock again. I also liked the information and help I received when I called for information on my order.
