Even though I brought the product, I still get tons of ad's trying to get me to buy the product I already bought. FIX THIS PROBLEM and I will rate you higher!

I`m still waitung for my 4 Harko knives. The sharpener came in in a short time but not the knives although ordered earlier.

One of the hardest ordering or even finding what Haarko knives and Shieves. If I didn’t know how good the knife was I would of just quit tying to find what I needed!!! Also your trying to add to the sale after it was made gives me a feeling you all are conning people with the tiny print on the web page of “no thank you”!!! OK try and make an additional sale however make the No Thank you the same or close to the same size as Yes!!! Makes you all seem like your trying to con the public!!!

I was really looking forward to using these knives (I bought 2) and as I used it for the first, I noticed that the handle and blade rattled - they were not manufactured snug to one another.... The good news is that the second knife is great (no loose fit). If love a replacement for the bad one, please let me know my next steps... If love to write a follow-up review about the quality of your after-sales service, thanks.
