Still waiting for my refund that was agreed upon.

I have no news of my order...!

I ordered 2 Kyodai knives with 2 leather sheathes and 2 Chef knives. Just to note here- I LOVE THE KNIVES!! However…… I received 4 Chef knives 2 Kyodai knife leather Sheathes. I wanted to give the Kyodai knives and their sheathes to my husband and Step son for Father’s Day and keep the Chef knives for me to use. So other than the order getting messed up… which is a bummer, the knives are great! I’m waiting for a call from someone in customer service to try and get this fixed. I’m sure it will get straightened out. So far they have been a great company to work with. My order was delivered ahead of schedule, and like I said I love the knives.

They added things that I didn’t ask for and then they deducted 50 % of what was added and NEVER SENT IT. I’m still waiting for the refund.

I am still waiting to receive the items I ordered.
