Your customer service sucks

I hate this brand. Spending 1000$ means a lot to me. My whole family has always spent no more then 500$ on cheap mattresses. I thought expensive meant better, we'll glaciar has proven me otherwise.

Already lumps forming in couple days. Lets see how that develops

The bed is good but the whole experience with Glacier was not. I was sent a mattress that I did not order and was told that it was my bed frame. I had to deal with support and prove that I had not received the bed frame by using the shipment facts. I was unable to get support on the phone and had to rely on chat support. No matter when I called I could not get anyone on the phone to talk to. I finally got ahold of a good chat support agent that listened to me and helped me get my bed frame. The bed is good but the lack of phone support and being told that I had already received my frame when I hadn't were very troubling. Thankfully the shipment facts were correct or I would still be fighting for the bed frame.
