Super smooth experience all around!

Bed is fantastic. Very comfortable. Top of the bed is nicely cushioned with good support from the springs underneath. The bed also feels nice and cool. Would definitely recommend this bed.

Timely response to questions. My mattress is great. I would consider the Apex Hybrid a medium-firm mattress which is perfect for me. However, I wish the springs were a little quieter as they make a slight (crunch sound) when moving around or sitting on the edge.

No problem with order. I did have to email Glacier to check order status, so that is the only small issue. Mattress arrived well packaged and ready to go.
