No problem with order. I did have to email Glacier to check order status, so that is the only small issue. Mattress arrived well packaged and ready to go.

Delivery was fine. Reaching a live person to talk to was frustrating.

Seems OK. Really can't tell only three weeks into the purchase - I understand why companies do this though: to take advantage of new purchase excitement. So, first experience: pretty good, not bad! Ask me again in 6 months! Hey! But it was fun to watch it explode out of the packaging. That alone was worth a couple of bucks! My dog liked watching it, too - he's a standard poodle so, he's pretty much interested in anything and everything that moves!

Shipping for mattresses was quick. Shipping for the frames took a while longer, so we couldn't use the mattresses right away. Half the frame came one day, half the day after. The second half was missing 2 cotter pins and may have previously been returned as it was packaged differently than the first. I also initially sent an email after we received the mattresses inquiring about when the bed frame would be shipped which was quickly answered, saying it would be sent to someone who could possibly answer that question, but then it was never answered.
