We ordered on line and in store in error. We received two of the same item. I contacted Customer Services and asked how to return. From start to finish the help I received was exceptional. Informative and timely updates regarding collection of the item. I was even advised that instead of waiting for the Range to receive the item back, they would begin the refund process once collected. Would thoroughly recommend.
