When my order went through smoothly but on receiving my christmas tree with a missing plug i was disappointed but after several emails and i received a replacement tree everything was excellent and returning the faulty tree successfully went well too. The tree is looking great i am very pleased with it along with how everything was handled. Great service and great tree thank you.

absolutely EXCELLENT! i had ordered via therange. com and received an electronics item with a broken transformer, so when i dealt with customer services i appreciated having a number to call to speak to a human and resolving my issue could not have gone smoother i was thoroughly impressed.
