Poor delivery

Had to chase Evri daily on my parcel as wasn’t delivered. Sent photo of outside delivery address saying couldn’t get in, nothing blocking work entrance, just rain and wind! Then had to email them looking for parcel. It has arrived covered in holes (the box) and lots of brown tape wrapped around it. Is this how it left your premises?? I will not be opening it until next weekend when I planning putting up the tree so I will then see if it is damaged. I have photos of the damaged taped up box for you to see.

Outdoor kitchen

My order arrived late by more than a month, when it arrived the fridge was damaged which Ive asked to be replaced. No apology offered - just an instruction to make sure the fridge was properly packaged for collection. and the instructions for assembly are terrible. This purchase was over £5000 in value - I expect better for that

Long delays on 'in stock' items and its grey not natural.

Arrived 5 weeks late. Then had no instructions for the table and most corners of the couch are scuffed. No energy left to do anymore complaining so putting it down to a bad experience. Will use the furniture for what's left of the decent weather this year and then look to sell and rebuy next year as we wanted all garden furniture matching in this range. The colour is also misleading, luckily for us we like it and it still matches the decking etc, but the cusions to this set are grey - not naural or cream.
