Eventually got some furniture
Ordered fine, got an email a few days later to say the item was no longer available and offered alternatives.
Selected one and confirmed the next day and told it would be dispatched by the end of the week.
Halfway thru the following week, I emailed and asked for a call and update; no response. I rang 6 times and put on hold for 30 mins each time before getting cut off.
Eventually got thru to store, who said it hadn’t been put thru for delivery but unsure why. I had to chase again the following week and finally got the furniture the end of that week.
However, the furniture treatment wasn’t in the delivery so had to make contact again!! And just received that.
So, communication and customer service is awful (they still haven’t rang me back, despite asking again!) but the furniture is great.
Can’t have it all I suppose.
