Eventually got some furniture

Ordered fine, got an email a few days later to say the item was no longer available and offered alternatives. Selected one and confirmed the next day and told it would be dispatched by the end of the week. Halfway thru the following week, I emailed and asked for a call and update; no response. I rang 6 times and put on hold for 30 mins each time before getting cut off. Eventually got thru to store, who said it hadn’t been put thru for delivery but unsure why. I had to chase again the following week and finally got the furniture the end of that week. However, the furniture treatment wasn’t in the delivery so had to make contact again!! And just received that. So, communication and customer service is awful (they still haven’t rang me back, despite asking again!) but the furniture is great. Can’t have it all I suppose.

Not good , still haven’t got all pieces to my table or implements to put it together and it was delivered over a week ago

Shocking service

Bought a Pergola on the 13th June still waiting for it to be delivered. Delivery has been cancelled twice at short notice. If you phone the delivery people they don’t answer at all, the first time Garden Trends customer servivce took half an hour to answer today they didn’t answer so I phoned the shop, a helpful girl answered but couldn’t explain the non delivery. She said she would phone the delivery company and phone me back but an hour and a half later when I phoned her back she informed me she was about to phone me back and informed that the delivery company didn’t answer the phone to her either. Promised to phone me on Monday🤞🤞🤞
