I ordered a fire pit table which is great, however I had no communication after purchasing for over 3 weeks. When I phoned to ask what was happening, I was told they would get the warehouse to call me with an ETA. They never did call. The table arrived a week later and is fine, however the company really needs to work harder at customer communication. From reading other reviews it seems to be a recurring theme. I think they must not carry the items in stock and only order them from China when an order is placed. Not the best business plan and I hope they address this way of operating for future customers.

The product was excellent when it arrived and well-packaged, but very poor communication/customer service. The item arrived at 21 days, well outside the stated 7-10 days. Frustrating.

Item was excellent only reason for tree stars was length of time for delivery over a month

Fast delivery of product but it was unexpected as I had no warning it was arriving. Luckily I was at home to receive it. Also, although I have been told twice that a UK adapter plug will be sent to me as the product has a US plug, I have not received one.
