We spent a lot of money with your company and to be honest we love the furniture however the cushions that were supplied with the benches doesn’t match the material on the rest of the furniture which we was assured by your staff that it would, also the parasol hasn’t got a cover for the winter months which again we was told that to expect one sorry to moan but due to the cost of the furniture we expected it

Poor communication &later than stated delivery.

Everything I’ve bought has been good quality, 2 items were delayed and 1 out of stock, nobody contacted me to tell me any of these, and only got told when I contacted them weeks after to see when it would be delivered

Not had the furniture delivered yet!delivered next week

The person delivered left package outside the street.
