Shipping was great.

It took longer than expected for the parcel to be delivered.

Everything in the store couldn’t have been better. . shame we couldn’t say the same for delivery… no warning no phone call just turned up and delivered it!

Item returned, damaged.

Ordering was easy and we received confirmation of the order quickly. We were advised that we would receive the order within 7-10 days but received no further communication regarding delivery within the timeframe. I chased twice and the customer service team were helpful and followed up but did not seem to have any visibility or control of the delivery status and promised dates were missed. When the delivery did come, we got no notice of the time. Happy with product but better delivery once ordered is needed given the value of the items purchased.
