I received my garden box in time, although I was not told I was going to be left with two big pallets on my front , and asked did I have a log burner to get rid of the wood , I don’t , the delivery truck man was very helpful but specified he was not taking the pallets away , I can’t comment on my order as it will be opened in the summer of 2026 when the weather breaks, so I will write another review then. . The fibre optic Christmas tree arrived in damaged packaging and appeared to be a returned or previously used item. I tried calling the store multiple times over two days with no answer. I eventually gave up as the tree looks ok and my daughter was excited to put the tree up and see the lights. Unfortunately, the product was also misrepresented — it was advertised as colour-changing, but the tree has no such function. Very disappointing overall.

Lovely tree nice quality and bright fibre optics … however a few lights near stop and star are not working. Have contacted supplier re exchange … hopefully will be dealt with promptly with Christmas fast approaching. Hence marked down to 3 stars

I ordered a prelit 6ft Christmas tree on line. Communication was good but when my tree was delivered the box was damaged. When I checked the contents there was a stopper which was broke and upon putting the tree up one of the branches broke so I had to cut it off. The tree looks lovely up but im slightly disappointed with the tree for the price.

Delivery was disappointing 😞 😕 resolving the problem did OK thanks
