Let down by your courier . Never received the product.

Still Waiting for my tree hope it comes for Christmas

The light mode is not retained when set. Every time they switch on, you have to repeatedly be cycled through to get back to the light mode you want (I. E. static on).

I had no problem ordering from you and you keeping me informed but I had no idea when I was going to received my order. I had no notification of delivery from Evri to say it was being delivered until I saw the delivery man at my property on camera. He left it at back of house and luckily I work near home and my boss let me go to sort it as it had been raining and the parcel would have got wet. As I say no problem with you just Evri

Product ok but you insist on using the worst delivery system in Europe . Product left in dustbin ! No note. Difficult tracking and parcel was ripped. . product not damaged . these really are not good and should be avoided.
