Garden Trends

Grey not beige. Disappointed as it a very definite grey rather than beige as shown in the pictures. Hence I have returned it. Garden Trends were helpful in arranging a collection. Awaiting refund now.

Bought a beautiful Xmas tree before Xmas. Ordered another in the sale and the heights were a little confusing so we ordered 6. 5 Xmas tree but a 7. 5 arrived. Too big. Rang up and arranged for a return but had to pay for the delivery which was disappointing.

Took my money for bbq grill but no delivering until Feb you were aware out of stock

My order was delivered nearly two months late, apparently the fault of their supplier. When I threatened o cancer the order it was suddenly available and delivered. Possibly a coincidence? No nication from DX, the courier about delivery day or time which very frustrating and inconvenient. The item was good quality and I am pleased with it. However,the overall experience was not good so I probably won't use this company again.
