Delivery agreed on convenient date

I can’t rate something o haven’t yet received

Our Service in the store was exceptional. The Service with regard delivery was shocking. Both my wife and I have a disability and we had our garden furniture arrive ‘unannounced’ and delivered on 2x Pallets which was ‘never’ explained during the sale. We have no front garden and the back garden is down a small thin alleyway. This caused me a hell of a problem and such a shame to finish on a sour note.

Grey not beige. Disappointed as it a very definite grey rather than beige as shown in the pictures. Hence I have returned it. Garden Trends were helpful in arranging a collection. Awaiting refund now.

Bought a beautiful Xmas tree before Xmas. Ordered another in the sale and the heights were a little confusing so we ordered 6. 5 Xmas tree but a 7. 5 arrived. Too big. Rang up and arranged for a return but had to pay for the delivery which was disappointing.
