I know things get busy in spring time but you could be more proactive in keeping customers advised if orders are taking time to fulfill. However I must say you did reply swiftly to my prompts. Thank you , and your prices are excellent.

Overall I’m pleased- I got what I ordered and I’m happy with my item. I think there is room for improvement with regards to what happens after you receive the email confirming your order, which does list out all the timelines for the various deliveries. But it just feels too quiet- no email updates - even when the 7-10 working days to RECEIVE your order, I didn’t have any update emails. So I had to chase it up with a few calls- 3 calls in the space of a few days. My order ended up arriving 15 working days from order - I don’t mind waiting for delivery but email updates on what stage your order is at would have been great.

Once the item was in stock the delivery was quick and smooth , however there were no delivery updates during the month wait for the product to be restocked.
