Ordering online was straightforward. I received a call to let me know when the delivery was scheduled and another call to say they could deliver a day earlier. Driver was really helpful and helped me shift the heavy items into the garden. Fence panels, concrete post, concrete weather boards fantastic quality. The only customer service I needed at the time was to enquire about recommended preservatives. Would use again.
