To G&G I recently visited your Northfleet depot to purchase a garden gate, I was very disappointed when I was told you do not do a made to measure gate and installation service, both of which you still advertised on your website. I attempted to install the gate myself but without any experience failed, I will now have to buy another fence post. Also, the side gate kit package was opened but I'm sure the kit was complete but again does not seem to fit properly. However, the gate was very well made but had four blocks either side which I had to remove and exposed bear wood that I painted over to protect it. Regards John Williams Order No 100014351
