The mattress came and it

The mattress came and it was not what it was described as to be. The mattress is way too soft. The springs we can fill through the top layer. I have a try to return, refund or get credit so I can purchase another mattress off furniture bazaar. However, I have been completely ignored and you guys will not refund replace return or even credit. You guys are shit.

Every purchase has been a long wait for delivery first order 3 months now the second over 2 months when online said in stock!! Not happy at all

Zero stars for customer service!

Zero stars for customer service! Zero stars for customer service! I purchased 2 mattress toppers only needing one where I received one as a gift. So I emailed to enquire on returning the unopened topper still in the shipping box. A week later received a response telling me no can’t return items like this due to hygiene reasons. I replied and explained with hygiene not playing a part here with it still being in the box they shipped it in, would they allow it? Another week later they reply stating they consider the item used the moment it leaves the warehouse! To protect their customers they don’t allow items like this to be returned feeling I could have tampered with it. Just unsure how I could have tampered with something still sealed in the box inside a vacuum sealed bag! Memory foam toppers expand making it impossible to get it back in the tiny box it came in, plus how do your vacuum seal something to not make it look like it was tampered with? Anyways, I felt they could be lenient with their polices considering the situation where I offered to bring it to the store for inspection. Answer was still no! So I don’t plan on shopping with them ever again since they can’t trust me as a customer and there is no reason why it can’t be returned since it was unopened and vacuumed sealed. They rather lose a customer than just take it back where they could easily sell it again.

umbrella shakes uncontrollably in the slightest of wind, making it quite dangerous. I emailed to report the issue (as there is no phone number to contact customer care). After 7 days I followed up just to be told that there was no fault with the product and I couldn't return it for 'change of mind'. Overall a really cheap poor quality product and very bad customer service.
