Very soft, regret buying. Unfortunately it is not medium firmness as advertised. Unable to use it or exchange, basically a bad decision

Very low to the ground. Not average bed height. Chip in bed. As bought online very difficult to contact.

Horrible company, horrible customer service. Delayed my delivery then promised me twice that they are coming on two separate days they are coming in 1 hour and I waited for so many hours and they did not turn up on either of the dates. Delivery delayed by 5 days and still waiting. Nobody can help. Stay away for peace of mind.

Absolutely Horrible in every aspect. Absolute Nightmare.
