Terrible customer care and extremely poor service. We purchased several items, and one of the queen bed heads was faulty. When we tried to exchange it for a proper one, we were put through a frustrating and exhausting process that dragged on for nearly three weeks. During this time, we were unable to assemble or use the bed at all.
To make matters worse, they did not answer phone calls or respond to messages. When we tried contacting the physical store for help, we were told it was “online only” and not to contact them—despite it being the same company. This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable.
Do not buy any online products from Furobazzar. Their customer service is the worst we have experienced.
