Took forever to arrive then I received half order 2 seats instead of 4 also top glass were 2 instead of 4

Very Poor Quality, Terrible Service, and Absolutely Not Recommended! I purchased the Bondi 7 Piece Outdoor Set from Furniture Bazaar, and unfortunately my entire experience has been extremely disappointing. From the moment the product arrived, it was obvious that the quality was far below expectations. The sofa is made from very cheap materials and feels anything but sturdy or durable. It clearly comes straight from China, and the manufacturing defects make that even more obvious: misaligned parts, poor finishing, and components that simply do not fit together as they should. The cushions are also extremely soft and flimsy, collapsing completely when you sit down. There is absolutely no comfort. On top of that, the delivery was a major issue. The driver didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell but instead dropped the entire shipment at the local post office. These are large and heavy boxes that you cannot just casually pick up. When I contacted Furniture Bazaar for support, the response was incredibly disappointing. They refused to help, offered no solution, and left everything up to me. As a result, I had to rent a truck myself to collect the order — extra time, extra cost, and unnecessary frustration, all caused by their poor handling. The final result? A cheap flat-pack product, poor quality materials, no comfort, and completely unacceptable customer service. For the price you pay, you would expect at least a solid product and basic support. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid ordering here.

Upon assembly the terrible quality was obvious. Cracks in the timber, bad joints and unpainted sections. The screws are not the correct size and do not fit. We were only able to get a partial refund after a few weeks of trying to get in touch
