The desk is okay, the customer service is terrible
If you value your time and mental wellbeing, think again before ordering anything from Fully.
I ordered a desk frame on May 23 and it was shipped in 3 boxes on May 27. 2 of the boxes arrived on time on Jun 1 and the last box arrived on Jun 16. What happened between those dates is why I'll never order anything from Fully ever again.
2/3 of the order arrived on Jun 1 but the last box hasn't moved for 6 days, so I emailed customer service. They said to wait another 1-3 days. Nothing changed, so on Jun 6 I emailed them again, asking for a replacement to be shipped. They replied on Jun 9, promising a new tracking code 'latest tomorrow'. As you might guess, that didn't happen until Jun 13. By some miracle, the replacement arrived normally.
During all this time, I had to initiate contact every time because NOBODY from Fully contacted me first. When one of the trackers was stuck for 6 days? Nope. When they asked me to wait for '1-3 days' and 5 days later nothing changed? Nope. When they promised an update 'latest tomorrow' and nothing happened for 3 more days? Nope. Oh, and they ignored all requests for compensation as well.
But hey, at least the desk works?
