Great desk, it is just, that within 2 weeks, the electricity does not work anymore, so the no moving of the desk..

Worst experience ever.

Hi, I am sorry to say that i had a worst experience while purchasing the Fully desk. I placed my order on 2nd of March 2021 after which the desk arrived after couple of days. After spending few hours on assembling the desk i found the control unit did not worked. I sent out the mail to sort out the issue which usually takes a day to get the reply back on each query i got the control box replaced which took another couple of days and on this ocassion the desk did'nt work again. I have just sent out the mail again on 24th of March 2021 and still waiting to see if Fully can replace the legs and all associated electronics parts or refund whatever is possible. I am really frustrated with this purchase and i dont know what would be the final outcome. Hoping that Fully will take the necessary step needed. Thanks. Akash Saxena
