Return process is very cumbersome, requiring two different documents to sign and return, many emails and checking in. Most returns are much easier than this these days. Need updated process.

I have never experienced such a delay in shipping for an item that was in stock. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a coffee table over one month ago and was promised delivery last week or this week. As I type this on Friday, my coffee table is nowhere to be seen. Needless to say, this will have been the first and last time that I purchase anything from France & Son.

Horrible experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE. 7 chairs arrived with damage to fabric or with the legs broken and the company will not help me because I do not have photos of the boxes that they came in even though I have photos of all of the damage.

Still have not received the correct chairs.
