I placed my order on June 21. I emailed multiple times for shipping updates. I was told my order would be here by the end of July to early August. It is now August 20 and I still don’t have the furniture I ordered. Had I known the lack of customer service with this company I would’ve never Ordered from them. This is will be my last purchase.

Having to wait up to 7 days for a review of my request to replace a bed that came damaged.
