Terrible experience! Would never buy

Terrible experience! Would never buy anything from them again! Bought an "in stock" office chair and my CC charged Sept 30, 2024. After waiting for a month with no shipment showing, I contacted them to cancel the order. They directed me to their web site for all their policies. It "implies" US shipping locations but is deceptive. It's on a slow boat from China. Their return policies are ridiculous, and I keep getting these upsell white glove shipping emails trying to get me to pay over $100 for this improved service when the item was sold with $0 shipping. Buyer beware of this company!!! Once the chair arrived on Nov 8th and unpacked the arm was cracked in shipping. I contacted them Nov 11th to advise them about the cracked arm on the chair. They offered me $85 refund on an $840 chair. I told them to pick up the chair and refund me the full amount or replace it with an undamaged chair. As of today, December 16, 2024, I have no chair, no pickup and no refund.

This is the worst customer

This is the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I will never be placing another order from France & Son, if I ever do end up receiving my original order.
