the absolute worst. do not buy from them. the product was missing pieces. the following up was ineffective. i ended up cobbling together a fix with pieces i bought from home depot. do not buy from this company.

I have corresponded with customer support dozens of times and still no relief on a daybed that does not work.

Is this a joke? I placed the order for this piece about 3 months ago and I have not heard anything about it. Every time I call to find out the status of the order I am told that the order has been labeled urgent.

This is a scam. Worst experience ever.
