I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. Despite paying extra for the insurance protection they offer, their response times were unnecessarily long and unprofessional, making the entire process frustrating and stressful. When I reported that the item arrived broken, instead of offering a replacement or a reasonable resolution, their only solution was to refund a mere 30% of the item’s cost. They left us with the burden of finding and paying for someone to repair it ourselves. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to properly address the issue is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against trusting their service or policies.
