I was charged in December and still has not received my product.

My issue was not resolved. I was told that it was pushed out again without giving reason to believe it will ever be fulfilled.

It took 3 months to get my artwork and when it arrived it was damaged. Several e-mails from me and very limited responds from you. It finally got resolved. I will never ever buy anything from you!

Avoid this company at all costs

Customer service is trash. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a light fixture that took a month to come. It came missing an entire globe. Took another month the receive the replacement and the brass bracket sent to me was a cheap, painted replacement that wasn’t even the correct size. They arrived at my house unannounced to pick up the fixture after I did a charge back since the issues wasn't being resolved. Happy to be rid of this fixture, my money out of their account, and this headache.

Terrible Experience

I've been a long time customer. My dresser, two bedroom side tables, couch, and coffee table are all from France & Son. Never had an issue, but never had to return anything. I don't know what's happened at your company, but my most recent experience was so bad that I will never even return the to site to see what's there. It took weeks to get my table during which I received at least a dozen emails about the shipping status and various quality control checks the table was undergoing. The table came with three of the four screws holding the top on missing. I have no idea how it passed any of the various quality control checks. It took 10 days for anyone to respond to my email about it. In the meantime, I bought another table. When someone finally responded (after I followed up), I was shocked to hear that France & Son reviewed my case and that I needed to wait nearly a month for the table to be picked up and to pay a 20% grievance return charge. Enjoy your money. It's the last you'll ever get from me.

Do not buy from them: everything is on back order and they lie about it on their website

PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM FRANCE&SON. I purchased a bed from France&Son in the middle of January this year. When I completed my purchase, they then let me know the item was on back order until the end of February. That was certainly annoying, as I wouldn’t have bought the bed knowing it was on back order, but decided to wait. By the middle of February and after following up, they pushed the date to the middle of March, then the end of March. By the middle of March they pushed the date until MID MAY. On top of all this, Frace&Son basically made me dispute the purchase with my bank because they kept pushing back on giving me a refund due to the wait. Months later, I had to buy a bed from someone else. Horrible.
