France & Son refuse to honor its 105% Price Promise: "If you find a lower price on an identical product elsewhere, let us know and we’ll beat it. " I fulfilled all stated terms (identical product in brand / size / color / quantity, in stock and available for immediate shipment, not discontinued/clearance/close out, from an authorized U. S. retailer, price is currently published online or in print) yet France & Son refused to honor its promise. For only $225, France & Son sacrificed its integrity, its online reputation, and who knows how many potential clients.

you all are thieves. you make legitimate returns nearly impossible and want to withhold hundreds of dollars for no good reason especially when the product arrived to me completely damaged right out of the unopened box! more than 2 months trying to get a refund and they still give me the runaround. i reported you to BBB and my bank.

I purchased 2 items. The first was an open-box item with no mention of product defects. A blurry picture with faint discoloring was shown. Product actually had significant damage and peeling of veneer to point that product should not even be sold. Furthermore they attempted to repair it sloppily with wood filler. Second item did not arrive with first delivery and arrived much later. Terrible company/products
